Ok so I'm strolling through Kroger minding my own business when this jumps off the shelf and into my hands - it was a Christmas miracle because I was out of this particular cooking ingredient - you know for fish and pork. But then I looked a little closer and thought - I wonder if they're trying to use our coat tails to sale this abomination - and hey, that looks like the prayer chapel!!!!

Dude, that looks just like the chapel. Either that's an amazing coincidence or someone with ties to the school was involved in the marketing.

I was just kidding around but I did a little more investigation (someday I have to finish my dissertation) and found that apparently its named after a historic school that was part of a California school district near Paso Robles (central CA) and there still is a Liberty High - their mascot is/are the Patriots and their colors are Navy/Red/Silver - unis look like New England's (they even have the Liberty Bell on some of the documents I found). So I'm guessing that the vineyard is near the school or located on property where the old school building was/is located and/or the vineyard owners attended the school.

So PA - what should it be red or white?

I'm with the Medic...I'll need the actual product (yes, I'm 21-make that 21 years, 4 months, 4 days, and at the time of posting, 3 hours and 25 minutes) in order to make a clear judgment here.

I quote CAPTAIN Jack Sparrow when I say that the Liberty Way is "more like guidelines."

Anyway, that paper will be in my hand in May *knocks on wood*

Didn't Sparrow say it to? And Ms. Turner?

And I just found another possible "infringement" - this is from a vineyard in SW VA. http://www.thedogs.com/

This one actually goes to support two service dog organizations. (PS Their wine is excellent for "cooking" purposes).

I don't think so. I've watched it a few times over the last couple days, coincidentally.

That is a seriously old school Muppets avatar, LUconn.

just wait until I change my signature. Nobody will know what's going on.

I'd like to think that the muppets are not old school yet since it's a childhood favorite of mine. Is this how being old begins?

The Muppets just had a new Christmas album come out. True story.

yeah I got it. It says it's some "lost" songs, as if Jim Henson did them and they just didn't make the cut. But it's really just the new people that do the voices doing it. Liars.
