This past weekend while packing up our tent we purchased in 2017 a truss broke. I went to their website to purchase part and no trusses were listed. I messaged them this morning via their messaging link. I now have two trusses being shipped to me for free!
I was unformed due to supply shortages the part was not listed on the website for order (lucky me) but they have them in stock. Even more impressive was there was a spot in their messaging link to attach a picture of the broken part. The reply to the first query was this looks like meld so and so please look for this number here. Well, it was that model. It was cool working with customer service that has knowledge of their product.
I would purchase their products again. OBTW, they do have a lifetime warranty.
