Cheney's are poster children for everything wrong in DC. They've made a fortune pushing bad policies for us .... but good ones for them and their cronies.

Republican and democrat parties are history. After Trump pulled back the curtain we evolved into a three party system, Peoples Party, an Establishment Party and a Socialist Party.
When I commented that Trump WAS a 3rd Party Candidate it was dismissed. But that observation is holding up very well
You always act like we dismissed that but that isn't 100% accurate. I always agreed with you that Trump wasn't actually a republican. He used the republican party because there was no way he'd win without it because a 3rd party candidate will never win in our current state. Now the repbilcian party has completely transformed into the party of Trump and the party will have to live with that for better or for worse. Jury is still out on that. Well I guess it is for some of us.
Because it WAS completely dismissed. Every time some started clamoring for some White Knight 3rd Party Savior I just pointed at Trump. He was a 3rd Party and couldn’t get too much done. I absolutely cannot stand the Biden Administration Policies but they are unified and getting a ton of harmful (imo) stuff passed. Those of you who want a 3rd Party candidate look at what Trump wasn’t able to accomplish and magnify it. Look at what the Biden Administration has passed and realize your 3rd Party Candidate will never get close to that.
Sorry, not Sorry but we live in a 2 Party system. It IS a binary choice as much as folks want to deny it.

My guess ...... Trump has declassified information that makes the establishment look very bad and they are trying to stop him from running for potus with it 24. Just my guess. Or leak it to the conservative press when Ron runs.

Tuesday is the day.
If Governors have Coattails the Republicans will get the AZ and GA senate seats while losing the PA seat
But Fettermans debate performance was so awful it might illicit a number of split ticket votes
Oregon with a Republican Governor?
NH Senate Race got interesting quick
Nevada also got interesting

Interesting how money was/was not spent by both McConnel and Trump. It seems like when McConnel pulled money candidates did better. Trump is sitting on a yuge war chest but seemed miserly in financially supporting the candidates he championed in the Primaries. Although it could be argued flying in for one of his rallies is a good use of funds etc. Dude is still popular, can draw a crowd and gin up support

24 is going to be crazy. Trump is rumored to announce on the 14th. DeSantis is all but assured to run. And I think the way he handled the hurricane and COVID are big pluses for him. Not sure how that head to head match up is going to go. I’ll vote for either in the General but I know who I’m pulling for in the Primary
The Democrats are about done with Biden. If they lose both chambers look for the knives to come out. The NYT of all outlets has already floated a ‘hit piece’ about him. He is visibly deteriorating before our eyes and him finishing his term let alone running again arent a sure thing now that his usefulness is done. Kamala would work her self out of the nomination so I’d look to California for the Democrats next nominee

Oh well. Just some random thoughts.

I read in Newsweek today that McConnell has spent more on Trump's endorsed candidates than Trump has. But hey, Trump say's McConnell should be "impeached".

Lookit, I’m not election central. I can only cover so many races.

I don’t know how many seats the Republicans will win but the number of seats that they are even competitive in is amazing! I mean this is not a very favorable electoral map for Republicans this cycle yet they are poised to possibly make substantive gains

I mean that is sort of Mitch’s job to help Republicans get elected to the Senate. I’ll be curious if he’s elected Leader if Republicans take the Senate. Graham looks to be jockeying for that position as well.
But Mitch and Trump definitely illustrate how you don’t have to like each other to work well together. Mitch is a Master Parliamentarian whose skill was vital. Trump is great at energizing voters which is also vital.

….. and we have voting machine issues in Maricopa County. Where the person who counts the votes also wants to be governor
PA has already said they will allow ballots post marked through the 14th

When the same places have the same problems no one should be surprised that people are skeptical

It's time for real change:

National Election holiday
In-person voting by paper ballot
ID check
Indelible Ink dip
One-day results
Absentee voting by request - each state determines the requirements
No more 'I Voted' stickers - save the sticker bushes

Guess what party the people responsible for administering elections in Maricopa belong to.

I'm with you on everything but election day holiday, no reason people can't vote before or after work or inbetween

The person who is in charge of the screw up in voting machines in Maricopa county wants to be Governor. The fact she can’t do her current job should disqualify her from getting a promotion

Someone from the Maricopa board of supervisors is running for governor? Or maybe you’re thinking of the recorder? No wait, he’s a man and not running.

Maybe the recorder’s statement might help clear up your confusion about who is responsible here:
