Woodbridge resident D.J. Jordan announced Tuesday his campaign to challenge Democrat Elizabeth Guzman for the Virginia House of Delegates 31st District seat.
Jordan, a Republican who served as chair of the Virginia State Board of Social Services, said he's running to build on work he’s championed both with the state and as a community volunteer.
