Gene Wilder in Young Frankenstein and Blazing Saddles will always be my memories of him. Hilarious.

My favorite scene in Young Frankenstein is when he tells Igor and his female assistant to not unlock the door no matter what happens or what he says when he is in with the Monster. He was in for 2 seconds before he was asking to get out and they wouldn't open the door. When they finally did, he was being choked out by the monster and had to play charades to get them to inject the monster with a sedative.
