I have a strange desire to just drive up for the missions conference. The last time I was at LU was for the 2004 missions conference, where I talked to students about Pioneers' Edge summer program.

The speaker for convo during Mission's Conference last year was downright awful and I know of people who became completely disinterested with missions after the session. Not arguing that this is the correct stance but the speaker used a lot of misconceptions of missions in general.

Hopefully, it'll be better than last year.
