Well, assuming students follow the rules...if you ban alcohol consumption, thats a lot of sugar and calories gone right there. In addition, we no longer have trays in the cafeteria which does offer a lot of healthy eating options, as well as constantly expanding the gym and "encouraging," more walking on campus...I can see why Christian schools would rank up there.
