Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus, and Michelle Knight

The first two were known kidnappings 9-10 years ago and for some reason nobody is saying anything about the third. They were found today, in a house where they were apparently kept the whole time, in a story that is eerily reminiscent to the Jaycee Dugard story. The kidnappers were three brothers currently aged 50, 52, and 54. If you get a chance, go find some YouTube clips of the guy who first noticed Berry trying to escape today and helped her do so then called 911. He's got internet superstar written all over him.

Thank goodness they were found. I look forward to the book. The Jaycee Duggard autobiographical account of her kidnapping was a great read.

The third was kidnapped the year before Berry, so the three brothers took one each year from 02-04 and did so in about a 5 block area.

Apparently Amanda Berry has a 6 year old that was in the house with them.

The guy who 'rescued' them is a hoot. Both he and America will enjoy his 15 minutes of fame!

I would argue for Illinois or Michigan having lived in all three. But to each his own.

This is an incredible story. Praying for them and their families as they go through an emotional rollercoaster once again.

2. california - do i really need to elaborate?
3. illinois - its political for the most part. the liberal state is stifling any growth meanwhile our system is like "WHAT IS GOING ON!!??" and our voters are like "WHAT IS GOING ON but i'll be voting for the same guy"

"A few minutes ago Anderson Cooper asked if he would like a reward. Charles pulled his paycheck out of his pocket and said 'I get a Paycheck. Give the reward to the girls they rescued.'"

Please someone help me understand the judicial logic behind this: they are considering charging the captors with murder for the forced abortions performed on the fetuses of the captives, yet voluntary abortions every day are permissible under Roe v. Wade.

It only matters if they want it to. If I try to make sense of their logic it only angers me

Sounds like when the NCAA decides to pick and choose when they enforce rules.
