Sad thing is, he's getting a UN organization involved. Seems a little hypocritical to me.
I can understand the people who ran the site wanting to get something out of their hard work. This isn't simply a matter of someone squatting on a site, or even a parody site looking to make some money off people (like georgewbush.org). This is a group of Ron Paul supporters who have been fundraising and supporting the man for years -- after his own staff let his domain registration lapse.
That said, $250,000 might have been a little much.
