This is a huge stab in the dark here but I have been vacationing to Outer Banks since 2005 and have used Twiddy and Sun Realty to get a house. I am looking at other realty companies as well. Does anyone have any experience with renting from Brindley Beach..again I know this is a longshot

That's a GREAT site.
Although when Mrs Purple go to OBX now we slum it. But found a decent hotel next to a great restaurant by the same name

You should go all out and rent this place.

Some friends of ours got married there and rented the place out for a week for the entire bridal party. We only stayed for the weekend, but it was ridiculous.

I lived in Southern Shores for 15 years. That's a great link Sly. I remember Brindley but don't know much about them. Sun is the biggie. Which Realtor to choose depends on where you plan to say, Corolla or Hatteras or somewhere in between. Most offices specialize in certain areas of the Island. ..... When I go down now, my favorite spot is Ocracoke Island, we have a 4x4 and a golf cart, carts are legal on the road there. You can rent carts as well. You need a permit to use the 4x4 on the beach now days

Brindley and Brindley is a good group to look at...my family bought a house through them in the late 80s and we rented it out for about 25 years before the parents sold it back when my sister was having severe health problems and the bills were mounting

Always used sun reality. My fam vacationed there in duck and hatteras every summer while i was growing up. then we started going to SGI down in FL.
