I can't click on anything in my email w/LU...anyone else having this issue or know what it might be on my end?


ETA: i haven't used the email in a long time, but my passwords for Sallie Mae and Fed Loan are attached to this email and I forgot my password to one and the reset was sent to my Liberty email. Did LU switch systems or something?

Thought this was a thread about the Outlook LU has on things not working.

as for email, are you on the actual website? I know a few months back they switched servers on outlook or something like that and that effected my email for quite a while.

I just tried logging into my Liberty mail for the first time in a while and it said I didn't have a mailbox anymore. Could still get to the student login but not into the mail. Then I went to webmail.liberty.edu and it worked. Weird.

They switched some students and alumni over to Windows Live mail service to free up space on LU's hosted e-mail. You should be able to access your mail by going to http://webmail.liberty.edu. If you have been moved, it should display the new URL that you can bookmark. You may have to login again when you click the new link.
