To answer it of course the rule was broken however I moved off campus after Freshman year so never had too much of an issue

I just don't see it. For a school that is known to have a no kissing rule, this is just kind of having fun with that. Is it the specifics of the mistletoe? Because I'm pretty sure that part is supposed to be funny.
