This movie is produced by Sherwood Pictures which is actually an arm of Sherwood Baptist Church in Albany, GA and church members made up most of the movie's cast and crew. It's probably going to be an enjoyable movie but you probably won't be watching it for the award-winning performances.

it seems to be like a nice feel good movie. i look forward to seeing it.

If I am not mistaken there was a big to do over its rating. I think it got a PG 13 not because of any cussing or sex in it as there is none, but rather because it honors God.
So the industry wants the moms and dads of America to know this so they can make a decision to let little Johnny or Susan go and see it. It could affect their kids,.... in a positive way of course. At least that was the talk sometime ago on Fox news a couple of months ago about the rating issue.
I think it will be a good movie, in this case it will be about the message and not the messengers.
