My question is how will they know if someone doesn't email, text, or call? DO they have to turn in their cell phones, ipods, ipads,t ablets, laptops, etc. when they get back to work?

One way the company could enforce that be by looking at the person's history of emails, phone call on company cell phone, texts, etc during his or her vacation time. If they break that rule, no $7500 for his or her vacation.

There are iPod Touches, computers, and tablets that can do email, VOIP, etc. Plus there are people who have personal cell phones to keep their personal separate from their work.
