Well, Symantec's 17th Internet Threat Security Report found another genre of sites that, on average is worse than porn: Religion.

Religious sites had and average of 115 software threats, while porn sites only had 25.

Porn sites have a huge monetary responsibility to their subscribers to keep their websites virus free. many of them employ some of the most lavish security systems to keep the leechers off. if i have just as bad of a chance at getting a virus on your website, i might as well save my money and go find it for free.

the worst websites we have found are children sites and game sites. kids will generally click any pop up just to get it to go away when they are playing games online.

Children sites are what caused me to put linux (JoliCloud) on my sisters computer. I couldnt stand having to fix a virus problem every week b/c she installed 30 new toolbars.

Geez... talk about taking God's name in vein...
