What's funny is he appointed Sonia Sotomayor (yeah, spelling is butchered), who told a group of students that justices legislate from the bench. I can't post the link or video right now since Youtube is blocked at work.

Anytime a president starts threatening, you know get the feeling something is about to happen that they were not initially expecting.

Maybe he will do what past Presidents did and appoint additional Justices to the court! Where is Alex Jones?
