Yeah, we're even on that site where your wife or girlfriend kills some time.

I hate that website. Probably just as much as she hates this one.

my wife has tried to explain this site to me several times with no success. Anybody here want to take a crack at it?

Think of it this way, I'm building bridges for her to accept your time on here.

Its blocked at work, sounds iffy to me.
My wife makes fun of me for being on here all the time. You would think she would be use to it by now.

its basically bookmarks tab....that you share with other people. but it apparently has to be a picture. and its for girls.

Yeah, it is essentially a picture-sharing site that is better suited to social media than some prior attempts. It is heavily dominated by women and is short on commentary. Ladies tend to use it for inspiration in their creative outlets. It is easily the fastest growing site right now.
I'm all about expanding the FlameFans audience.

My wife and I both signed up for accounts a couple months ago, but I never used mine. She's found some really good recipes on there, so I'm all for it.

My wife uses it to get decorating/hgtv-type ideas or fashion/crafty stuff for the kids. I only know of one person of the male gender who actually uses it. Much like facebook.

For fear of my man card, I love the site. I use it for youth ministry and can agree, it does bring in quite a bit of traffic. I mostly use it to recommend good youth ministry books, blog posts people should read, other pictures for like power points before/after youth, series graphics and junk.
Theres a lot more to it than just girly stuff, though there is far too much girly crap on there. Oh well

I've definitely benefited from recipes from that site, so I will not hate on it. I don't get why the women love it so much though

I hope Purpole Penguin is all over Pinterest. Women are the driving influence for FroYo buying and they are prime for PP pics.

My wife spends so much time on that site, so I will not bother to click. However, it is smart for FlameFans to join... women do control the purse strings these days in many families so maybe we could see a jump in donations
