I had a feeling this would end up on here...I guess its only fair since Ive been trying to make inroads helping other people with their weddings...That being said, if one of you guys would be up for helping me with putting music together that would certainly acceptable. Other than that we are still trying to figure some things out which is difficult when she is 4 states away.

When people ask you when the date is tell them what it is and follow it up with "we have to beat the baby" the looks on their face is priceless.

In all seriousness I fully understand why someone would fly off to Vegas or do something VERY small then have a nice reception after. This whole wedding thing is out of control now, they are way to expensive...they are not for you only the family and you only make people mad if they're not in it or invited. There really isnt much enjoyable about this process....at least up until this point...

I decided early on I was perfectly fine making people mad. There were obviously some family that I simply had to invite but after them, if we didn't want someone there they didn't get invited. I got really good at saying the phrase, "We're wanting to keep it at around 115 or so and we ran out of room. We're sorry." I had to tell a ton of students they couldn't come. Most of them understood. Some of Nicole's girls weren't happy about it but they'll deal. We're going to have a reception in Knoxville after the wedding anyway. They can come to that.
