Wix gives you a free flash website and its very easy to make changes as well (including creating facebook like buttons and twitter links)

If you've got the coin, keep it in the family:

Thanks for the plug Alumnus;)
I would suggest WordPress. It has many templates you can customize pretty easily and it offers a lot of bells and whistles. Very industry standard these days. Stay away from Drupal...
No flash driven websites, unless you do not have a need to be searchable by web crawlers.
If you want to get more creative - Build out your site the best you can and then pay someone like us to clean it up and add to it. Even though we get that wrap - we really aren't that expensive;)

I have become obsessed with Wordpress and the trying to push the limits of it. You can now make a WP site look like a flash site with some of the different transitions you can apply....heck even with very limited coding ability

Google pages or whatever it is called now, don't know if that is professional enough for you though...

Thanks guys! Any links to sites that explain how to modify templates to add your logo, etc? I need to learn as quickly and efficiently as possible.

There are a zillion tutorials online for Wordpress. There are also a slew of people who will custom design a template for you for a small price. WP is defeinitely the quick and easy way to get a site up & rolling.
All that said, a company website is really just a business card. You need to work different angles to drum up business. And those other angles generally are less costly than your site (I know you guys took some marketing classes to get those degrees ... work them).

WordPress is the way to go. Maybe Proto will whip you up a deal.

Sly, I have a ton of angles working right now. I'm missing the website though, and having nothing to point people to. Right now I'm pointing everything to Facebook but am finding the limitations and getting annoyed quickly. I only need a few simple pages on my website, I'm working on getting a custom template asap.

Ask yourself, "what is this website trying to accomplish?". If it is nothing more than a billboard with a map, keep it simple. If you want it to accomplish more then you will have to be very intentional.
