I guess they do this list every year. Interesting. Guys, we can't do much to rescue a company like Nokia or Saab, but one thing we can do...we can save Corn Pops.

24/7 Wall St. has created a new list of brands that will disappear, which includes Sears, Sony Pictures, American Apparel, Nokia, Saab, A&W All-American Foods Restaurants, Soap Opera Digest, Sony Ericsson, MySpace, and Kellog's Corn Pops.

No, and they say as much in the article. But it's interesting nonetheless. I didn't realize Saab was in enough trouble to get the ax.

Yeah, Myspace is pretty much horrible, but it's still one of the best places to go for music. In fact, some article I read said something like that's really what Newscorp should have focused on and had Myspace more of a specialty social network and not a big mashup of nothingness.

As been said, Myspace is an excellent outlet for music. There are other viable alternatives, however. Like Facebook's Band Page. Bang Page words directly with a band's fan page, and works quite well form what I have seen from the listener standpoint.
