Today is the 2 year anniversary of Jeff Taylor's passing. And if you were not aware, the May 7th baseball game vs. UNCA will be the second awarding of the Jeff Taylor Scholarship to an athletic training student. It will take place between games of the double header.

I was looking for a contact on my phone and saw that I still had his number programed in. Made me sad.

I've got Jeff's memorial sticker on the back of my Jeep, but I've been so busy with school that the anniversary of his death snuck up on me. Only 2 years? It feels more like 10. Jeff did two Quiz Bowl trips with me to Tech and W&M, but I don't think I ever had his cell number. I miss you, Fumble.

I knew it was coming up but just lost track of the date.

a beautiful morning today; nice to sit here with my coffee and reflect on what a cool dude he was.

I'm sure he's enjoying his reward- and I pray for comfort for his family.

Im glad to see that the scholarship wasnt a one year wonder...I hope to be there for the presentation this year
