Rachel Flynn, LU's thorn in the side at the beginning of the last decade, has resigned as Richmond's planning director:

Sounds about right...generally takes places like C-Ville and Richmond about a year to realize what we did in an hour

I'm actually a little ashamed. I've got no problem with us criticizing Flynn for her work or ideas, but the remarks about her appearance are pretty low-brow.

But, Scorcho, let's face it, if she didn't look like that, would she really be trying to spread so much misery everywhere she goes? I'm just glad I had already had my breakfast when I saw that picture the other morning.
