Actually, there are nearly 2,500 four-year colleges in America, so that puts LU in the top quarter (if my math is correct).

Yeah, but they only ranked 610

Which means, I think, that we are better than 1,856 colleges they didn't rank. The 609 were the "best" colleges in America.

That is to say, I don't think Forbes is implying that Coastal Carolina is the worst college in America.
