“Nothing is more important than saving ... the Lions, Tigers, Giraffes, Elephants, Froggies, Turtles, Apes, Raccoons, Beetles, Ants, Sharks, Bears, and, of course, the Squirrels. The humans? The planet does not need humans.”

Really sad. Not that it would have made sense anywhere else, but what a bizarre choice of venues to do this. Couldn't he see that the Discovery Channel, just by exposing people to beautiful images of wildlife and educating them about it do more for their preservation than just about anyone? They even have a show that tries to make heroes of a bunch of whackos who throw stink bombs and paint balls at ships and call it "Whale Wars" I guess he wanted them to have "Ant Wars" and "Squirrel Wars too?

Well how much do you want to bet this nut was a liberal democrat? Lets see if the MSM will investigate his political leaning. If he was a conservative republician it would be headline news about this incident
