It could be the world's unhealthiest snack. Despite having a charming ballpark just outside St. Louis, the Gateway Grizzlies will likely never be renowned for their brand of baseball — one step below Single-A ball. But they're already famous at the concession stand. Or should that be infamous? It's sweet like a doughnut, and then you've got the hamburger. You’ve read that right. It's a burger with cheese and bacon, sandwiched between a Krispy Kreme doughnut — a heart attack waiting to happen. A burger so perfect, they say, tampering is discouraged.

That would be nasty, but I'm getting tired of people calling cheeseburgers unhealthy. They're not.

this is close to where i live now. the kids in my youth group all tell me its a once in a life time thing. Usually id feel the need to try something like this, but I hate krispy kreme to begin with, so i probably wont.

Can we vote rueful off the island??? I'm pretty sure anyone who hates krispy kreme is a bad influence on the rest of us.

Krispy Kreme is terribly overrated, especially the boxed ones in the grocery/convenience stores. I don't like my donuts slimy and floating in water.

Krispy Kreme donuts certainly do have a cult following, but I've never been a fan. If I'm going to eat a glazed donut, I want something with more substance to it. KK is too "fluffy" for me. My all time favorites are the ones Bill's Pastry here in the burg makes. Heavier and more doughy and the glaze is not at all slimey.

You have to have a "hot" KK to say you hate them. If you haven't had one while they're still hot then you can't talk. Yes, the ones in the stores suck. That’s why I never buy them there.

oh ive had hot ones. And sure, they can be tasty. The ones that this burger comes on are not hot. But even still, I would rather have the crap donuts in lynchburg at the bakery than krispy kremes, and those are nasty. Nothing beats fresh donuts at Dunkin Donuts. Nothing.

If I had to choose between a hot Krispy Kreme and DD. It's KK, hands down.
