Havoc in Big South

OK, this is lame. But its the first evidence I have seen that KK has done ANYTHING in the past 12 months. But I sincerely doubt this added much to the league coffers:
Havoc to Energize the Big South Athletic Conference

HOUSTON, Aug. 3, 2006 (PRIMEZONE)
-- American Enterprise Development Corporation, (OTCBB:AEND) announced today that Havoc Distribution, Inc. (its wholly owned portfolio company) has become the exclusive energy drink sponsor for the Big South Athletic Conference. As a sponsor, Havoc will distribute its energy drink products throughout the Big South Conference with the Conference logos emphasizing each school. Birmingham-Southern College, Charleston Southern University, Coastal Carolina University, High Point University, Liberty University, Radford University, UNC Asheville, Virginia Military Institute, Winthrop University are members of the Big South Conference.

"We look forward to bringing Havoc(tm) to the Big South Conference," stated AEND's president C.K. Williams. "This will be one more important step in our plan to deliver the best tasting energy drink in America to sports fans across the United States," he added.

Havoc is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Enterprise Development Corporation (OTCBB:AEND). Havoc's approach to the market includes delivering a superior product using well-known affinity brand partners from whom it licenses branding rights through its sponsorship agreements. This marketing plan is expected to expand market share more quickly than traditional beverage marketing techniques.

Havoc is based in Dallas, Texas, and operates as a portfolio company of American Enterprise, which is a Texas business development company focused on investments in early stage enterprises that provide significant scalability and opportunity for growth.

It's not such a big deal. I think it's a good idea. Not a great one but hey. The Red Bull guys that are on campus every year probably won't be too happy.

I'd be happy if KK figures out how to schedule conference rival BB games when students can attend.
