So the Feds put Toyota through hell earlier this year, and Toyota basically bent over and took it. But based on the governments own findings (albeit early findings), all signs point to driver error.

How much do you think that will be reported in the news? Toyota should sue the government, it would actually be a PR boost for them given that everyone hates the government right now.

Not surprising. Of course some crappy drivers are going to jump on the defect bandwagon to save face.
