I talk to a lot of people from Austin, TX....they keep telling me Joe Stack was set up....

OK, I'll bite. Lay out the conspiracy theory.
Incidentally they now have the road in front of the building open again based on my last trip to NW Austin a month ago. But the building remains essentially the same with the contents all removed.
