The Department of the Interior is going to be displaying 26 never before displayed murals taken by Ansel Adams. They are amazing. You can see them here: http://www.doi.gov/news/photos/Ansel-Ad ... rtment.cfm

Is that never seen before? Because I'm pretty sure I had that picture from a calendar several years back.

Aha, going to the link it says they're never-before installed murals. Got it.

When my wife and I first got married, we lived in a real small apartment and had no money, so to decorate we cut apart an Ansel Adams wall-calendar and put the pictures into frames. It worked.

Not gonna lie, that makes me want head back out west this summer. Glacier & Yellowstone need to be experienced by my kids.

Flamefans road trip? I've been trying to talk my wife into heading out to Montana at some point. And obviously those 2 parks would be on the agenda.

Fished the Columbia in Washington while on business a few years ago. I was skunked but didn't care. It was flat out gorgeous.

I think we've all been turned off at the proposition of fishing with you.

Glacier is my top pick with Yellowstone & neighboring Grand Teton right behind. Western Montana is unforgettable. My uncle has a ranch in the Bitterroot Valley that I used to visit before we had kids. I think they are now old enough to appreciate the experience.

My father brother and I are in talks to do just this is 2011. Deer hunting will also be included on the trip however. We did the parks 15 years ago id say, its beautiful.
