I've watched every episode and I'm not a racing fan in the least. I think seeing some local landmarks on tv for once makes it intriguing. I've been to Bowman Gray a few times. It was a lot of fun once I got past seeing the crowd as a bunch of rejected extras from the movie Deliverance.

I've actually never been to a race there. It's way too redneck for me. The show is great though. When Burt and Jason were going at it in last night's episode I was cracking up.

Oh it is definitely the most redneck place I've ever been. I highly doubt I'll ever go back but it can be very entertaining. Just watching the crazy people in the stands is worth the price of admission.
