Toll booth incident reports

Warning on some of them. It quotes some vulgar language used by the toll collectors. I really wish we could find out what happened to these guys after the reports.
This is my favorite one:
"The patron also claims the collector challenged him to a fight at 10:30pm"
and then he locked his keys in his car while complaining
