So, what did everyone think? The Tebow commercial was was about at tame as you could possibly imagine (of course, that women's group, Women's Media Center, thought it had an "undercurrent of violence against women" because Tim tackled his mom).
The only real memorable one for me was the casual dress day commercial, but that's because I'm immature. The think I didn't get is why they played the Docker's one with the men not wearing any pants immediately after the casual dress day one.

Budweiser with the human bridge was ok, but not as good as their past work. Inbev is really ruining AB.

I thought the Coke commercials were pretty bad. Who in the Simpson's camp signed off on that Coke ad? Was there supposed to be something funny somewhere in there?
And does GoDaddy get tired of running basically the same ad every single year? They're not really shocking anyone anymore.

Apparently there was a pretty risque Carl's Jr commercial that had one of the Kardashian's half naked eating a salad.

Was there really, because I didn't see it (although I didn't watch during halftime)? I have a hard time believing CBS would air a commercial for a regional fast-food chain, or that Carl's Jr would pay that much for a national spot.

It was during one of those regional spots. We didn't get it here. I was talking to a friend of mine in California during the game and she told me it was on.

I thought the VW commercial with the "Punch Buggy" was awesome simply for the punchline at the very end...

I watched the Tebow commercial again today and I was like..."that's it? This has all the feminist groups plus Planned Parenthood and the National Organization for Women hyperventilating? They must be the most culturally irrelevant organizations on the planet if they get all in a dither over something like this."

That commercial has been released for a while online. I didn't realize that it was for the Super Bowl.

Can anybody tell me who the Kardashians are? I know they have that show and I think that's why they're famous, but how did they get that show? It's like they're some famous family like the Hiltons but they're famous because they own that line of hotels.

Robert Kardashian, the girl's dad, who died several years ago (cancer if I recall correctly) was a highly successful lawyer, best known for being part of OJ Simpson's "dream team". He was also a long time friend of OJ and lawyer for many other celebs.

Tell your wife to get off of Facebook and start watching E! She's letting you down, she should know these things, and it's making you look stupid.

I don't forbid E! in my house but if one is caught watching it they are ridiculed mercilessly. That channel is pretty much what is wrong with america. Except for The Soup. That is what's right with america.

Carls Jr is a national chain, anywhere east of Wyoming you know it as Hardees.
