I'm on the Sprint Network. They offer a "extender" called Airwave but for whatever reason it's not offered in Lynchburg. Would I be able to use this from VZ? Both CDMA, cant think of any other reasons not to...

By setting your network up in My Verizon for managed access you can designate as many as 50 Verizon Wireless numbers. Where a compatible cell tower is unavailable, other callers may access the Network Extender when not in use by priority callers. All callers may access the Network Extender for emergency (E911) calls, even if the mobile number is not on the managed access list.
