A Sea Of Red

My computer wont read or burn any Cds or Dvds, it says that there is no CD or DVD disc drive. Can I get some help? It was working a few days ago

Assuming this is a PC, right-click My Computer and click Manage. Open up the Device Manager and find your drive there. You may need to re-install drivers but you should also receive troubleshooting instructions.




If that doesn't work, kick it.

did you try restarting? no seriously, sometimes i will put a disc in and when i eject it, the disc drive is no longer recognized. i've had it happen on at least 4 different computers, both at home and work.
