"We have full ESPN broadcast integration for the first time," says Dougan. "It looks exactly like you see on television. All of the intros, fly-ins, movies, graphics, announcers (Dick Vitale, Brad Nessler, Erin Andrews) … all of that stuff you see on ESPN will be in 'NCAA Basketball 10.' Not to mention, we're also doing CBS Sports integration. So that means we'll have two new announcers for the CBS team and that's Gus Johnson and Bill Rafferty. They'll be calling the games along with all of the CBS Sports broadcast packages. So if you're playing through your Dynasty mode, your Monday through Friday games will generally be on ESPN, but your big weekend games will be on CBS Sports. Conference tournaments will switch between the two broadcasts depending on who owns the rights to that specific tournament, and then, of course, the NCAA Basketball tournament is broadcast on CBS.

Apparently, they have made realistic team game play a priority.
"So we've created a whole new offensive system in "NCAA Basketball 10" that's focused on spacing and ball movement. When we talk college basketball, we always talk about the Princeton offense, and right now, Georgetown is probably the most notable team running it. We have the Princeton offense, the Flex, the Five-Out, the Dribble Drive … we have eight new offenses to be exact, but it's not just play-calling in the game. These are true systems.
"We also have a brand new shot control system with layup solutions that enable you to attempt the kind of shot you want. If you want to attack the basket to the left or to the right of the hoop, it's up to you, and we literally have hundreds of new shot animations from 09 to 10, and these are animations that you won't see in 'NBA Live.' These animations have been captured specifically for 'NCAA Basketball' just to get that level of intensity up to where it needs to be to suit the college game."

I still don't see how that would make the game any less arcade like. If I can play on the second hardest difficulty level and still shoot what most would consider an ungodly high team percentage for an entire season, it's not realistic no matter what offense you are running.

It's called fun. If you got what you wanted, then the computer would have to force you to miss shots, even if you did everything perfectly with the controller. It's much easier to perfect shooting a basket in a video game than in real life.

More info & screenshots. Sounds like they are really trying to nail the broadcast aspect of the game.
There are montages that show a collection of a certain type of replay based on how the teams are performing. If a team is shooting a high % from 3 there will be a 3 point shooting montage, if a player is taking over the game you'll see a montage with his highlights, if your whole team is playing well you'll get a team montage.
