Greensboro makes Randolph's financial troubles look tame - they are using their entire campus and the majority of their endowment as collateral to pay off their loans.

Two things jump out at me from that article.

1. You've got real problems if you have High Point-envy.

b. Never follow a president whose first name is literally another word for "cowardly".

She might want to keep a list of places to transfer to - the GC economic situation sounds much worse than Randolph's did and still does.
