Apparently Michael Jackson has died. Has anyone heard anything about this? I'm checking the news sites but all they're talking about is tax legislation, the Honduran crisis and a whole bunch of other stuff that isn't really important.

Yeah. All I've been seeing on the news the last few days is the situation in Iran. Sure, they're on the verge of civil war, and that could throw a very volatile area into disarray. At the very least, a repressive regime may topple.. but do we need wall-to-wall coverage of it? Can't we report some real news? I couldn't go anywhere on Tuesday without flipping through the channels and seeing Iran this, Iran that...

I might have caught a glimpse in the corner of my eye, a heart broken little girl trying to talk and the flock of 10 or so vultures fighting to be "the one who fixed the microphone for her" on the inevitable replay. But I don't know how common this clip is. You probably wouldn't be able to find it online.
