Next weekend Mrs. Cider and I and about 5 or 6 other couples from our church are going camping up at Wildwood off of 130. Every family cooks one night for the whole group, and I have been assigned the first meal--Friday night--for about 12 to 15 people.
Any suggestions as to your favorite camping meal or recipe?

What are you using? A big grill? A small charcoal one? Over a fire? Do you have a burner?

I've got a pop-up camper with 3 burners inside, and outside I've got a 2-burner electric hot plate, a 2-burner gas stove, a charcoal grill, an electric skillet, 2 cast iron griddles, and a crockpot, if needed. I've also got 2 dutch ovens.
Last time, we did chilli, baked potatoes, grilled cheese sandwiches and had 2 cobblers for dessert--apple/peach and blueberry.
But I want to try something different this time. I'm thought about doing either grilled pork chops smothered in gravy and fried applies on the side OR grilled brats with peppers/onions and a bowl of gumbo. And I'm leaning toward banana pudding and another cobbler for dessert.
But I'm wide open for other ideas, if you have some favorite camping meals.

My personal grilling favorite is Key West Chicken -->

Used to do this every year at the beach when we went, but my mother-in-law doesn't like chicken, so I decided to be nice and stop. I fix it regularly at home, though.
