Was it Texas de Brazil? I have heard nothing but fantastic things about this place, but have not been yet.

Which churrascaria was it? They have been a huge fad the past decade and they are starting to lose some of their steam. But as a fan of meat, I am always down.

It was Rioz. I love red meat, and I couldn't have chosen a better place to go to.

I went to one in Sao Paulo and have yet to find one near me in the states. It's kind of like what heaven will be like.

There's one in Norfolk called Espenzo na Brasa (or something like that). It was soooo good. But a little pricey.

There's one in Greensboro called LeBlon which everybody raves about. I went expecting a heavenly experience and was a little disappointed. I might have tried it on a bad night because the meats weren't that great in my opinion.

I didn't have a clue what it would be like. We walked in, the guy that seated us said help yourself to the salad bar, when you're ready for them to bring some meat over flip your card to green, and when you want them to stop flip it to red. I was a little puzzled by it, but I flipped that baby over to green, and before I knew it I was being offered leg of lamb, bacon wrapped filet mignon, bacon wrapped chicken, etc.

I have only ever been to one and that was in Sao Paulo on a missions trip, the food was great plus you get alot of different things there like chicken hearts, etc.
I think its a good idea but never been to one in the states
