Father, 29, in child support court says he has 21 kids
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- On paper, he has 20 possibly 21 children.
With a minimum wage job, he can't afford to support them all.
What is the state to do?

WOW. Ok. A few things:
1) It is wrong to have sex out of marriage.
2) I wonder how many mothers.
3) This is sad.
4) I feel bad for those mothers who aren't getting paid what they should, but then again they could've decided to not associate themselves with this guy...But, the world we live in has major problems...

Perhaps he should be snipped until he can pay his child support. I hear it's reversible. Then again, I can't see him ever catching up on his payments. so maybe it's better if he can't add to the gene pool... again...
