Chrysler LLC will not repay U.S. taxpayers more than $7 billion in bailout money it received earlier this year and as part of its bankruptcy filing.

This revelation was buried within Chrysler's bankruptcy filings last week and confirmed by the Obama administration Tuesday. The filings included a list of business assumptions from one of the company's key financial advisors in the bankruptcy case.

this is the obama administration ignoring u.s. bankruptcy and contract law by using taxpayer money to leverage and bully a major corporation into union ownership. this orchestrated farce was played out under the guise of "bail out". nothing more.

I think it's funny that the Union is the majority owner. It's like they're digging their own grave at this point. I'm just sad they took our money with them.

i for one hope the UAW has dug its own grave. hopefully the death of the legal strong-arming of businesses in the US by band sof suited thugs. UAW = legalized mafia
