I can't take credit for these jokes but some are funny imho so here goes.

A shotgun, coffee and what else?
A man walks into a café with a shotgun in one hand and a rope leading a male buffalo in the other. "Coffee," he demands of the waiter.

"Coming right up," the waiter says.

He hands a cup of coffee to the man, who drinks it down in one gulp, then turns and blasts the buffalo with the shotgun, sending animal parts everywhere. Then he walks out.

The next morning the man returns. He still has the shotgun in one hand and is holding a rope leading another male buffalo in the other hand. "Coffee," he demands again.

"Wait a minute," says the waiter. "We're still cleaning up your mess from yesterday. What was all that about?"

The man smiles:

"I'm training for Congress. Come in, drink coffee, shoot the bull, leave the mess for others to clean up and disappear for the rest of the day."

Ehhhh, it would have been accurate if the guy shot the buffalo, took a sip of his coffee, looked around, and said, 'can you believe the mess George Bush made in here?'

I think the problem with conservative leadership today can be summed up in one word and that word is fear.
Conservative leaders think they can hold hands politically with libs....it aint happenin..

"Conservative leadership today"...

There are three things wrong with that.

There is no conservative leadership in political office right now. You have some popular conservatives (like a Jindal or a Palin), but they're not exactly leading a movement.
