I could see myself in Miami, Austin (hey, I really would've never left there if it weren't for my kids) or Seattle. Chicago is ridiculously cold but it is a cool city I don't mind visiting in the spring or summer. Atlanta does practically nothing for me. To me it is a more expensive version of Houston.

Those are the hot cities as far as relocation goes. All of those cities are growing like crazy while the rust belt and upper Atlantic seaboard are treading water.

who cares austin is a great place to live, and if i lived in the southwest part of the country, it would be a top choice. the thing is sly, you texas homers think that your state is THE only place to live, and in reality their are other places just as good.
