LU's favorite fast food join vs.the quirky but cheap sit-down place.

So which do you think, overall, is a better place to eat?

Take into consideration:

Value
Taste
Atmohsphere
Service

and anything else that would make a place a more desirable eating destination.

When's the last time you went?

They have the right price menu that is VERY nice.

Not to mention, Chick-Fil-A isn't the cheapest fast food joint. ;-)

Went with the whole family on a sunday night (when some kiks eat free) a month ago. We all ate cheap meals and it still set me back more that $35.

All 6 of us can eat at Chic-fil-a for 20

Woah! Are the kids meals that cheap? A combo sets you back 6 after tax, so you gotta let me know your secret.

The more kids you have the more creative you become working the menu. Rooster's numbers match up with me as well and earn C-F-A my vote.

I guess eating for one gives you a different perspective on these places, eh?

I ate MUCH better as a single man with a fat wallet. But I wouldn't trade places for anything.

True true, love the family. But it does change both your perspective and your eating out habits or lack thereof.

I believe CFA is the darkhorse to win this whole thing. I do like Friday's but CFA is too good to pass up.

both are way too expensive for what they are...chic fil a's chicken is not good at all, and more often then not, it is way too dry....

Friday's wins for me...but won't make it pass the next round for me

As a former employee of CFA i will be sad if it doesn't at least make it to the championship.... I'm dreading a Taco bell/CFA final.....

I can't think of any statement more wrong about Chicfila that posty just said. It's always juicy and delicious. The service is out of this world. It's like giving orders to a cult that has been commanded to treat you like a king. I don't understand how they get their employees to act that way.

Firday's is so below average. Their Jack Daniels sauce that they put on everything tastes like crap. They don't have 1 item on their menu that stands out. They do tend to have some interesting crap hung on their wall though.

Its a fun place to work because of that service. I worked there for 2 years in high school and when you are polite to people and helpful they tend to be that way back. I can't tell you how many compliments and thanks I got from customers who were just so surprised with the service.

One thing stands out but the serving size is tiny. their mac and cheese is freakin awesome.

Chic-Fil-A is #2 on my fast food list which makes it the winner here.
