Exactly, Bryson. If you're going to put meat in between a Krispy Kreme, it's gotta be Carolina 'que.

I love that thing. Maybe too much. I've cut back though.

I've had it a few times....something that really depresses me though is eating an entire days worth of calorie intake within the first 2 hours of being awake

If I get it, I don't eat again til dinner. I refuse to eat lunch on days I get that simply because I know how much is in them.

Just remember, skipping meals trains your body to store fat when you do eat & slows your metabolism down.

If I'm getting that meal, it's normally between 10 and 11 after waking up around nine. It's basically just eating an early lunch.

I know guys who train for competitions and they will eat a shake or tuna every 4 hours....Julio Franko would wake up every night at 3 or 4 am and eat one...his was prob mixed with some roids but so what he should at that age

I eat about every 3 hours.....& I try to make it something healthy like a protein shake, fruit, almonds, etc...in between meals. Never had the roids though. Which reminds me...

No, but my dad does. He can't even sit on the toilet some days."
