I was watching Lost on ABC, breaking news came in saying another murder at Va Tech. Stabbing, they told everyone to stay inside, and they caught the person. Anyone heard anything else?

There were several witnesses. What? Who watches someone decapitate someone with a knife? I would think that would take a while.

If someone else there had one, maybe, but I really doubt if the victim had one she could have done anything to change what happened.

And here we go again. Less than 24 hours and some poor kid's murder is a political topic. Congratulations, mak, you are officially a bigger d-bag than me.

the virginia tech security/police force is a joke. a woman gets stabbed to death and decapitated with a knife (i imagine getting decapitated with a knife would take a while unless it's a pretty awesome knife.) and there is not one single person on their security/police force around?

It's called respect, Mak. While everyone else made their own observations, you're the only one in this thread who joined this board with a political agenda and continue to try to advance it at every opportunity. As for law enforcement experience, I actually have a family member who was in law enforcement and who was also nearly killed in a situation much like this so don't even begin to lecture me about about fundamental rights of self defense. Beyond that, I couldn't give a rat's left crack what you find interesting. A girl is dead and died in horrible fashion. If you want to continue to pontificate to the world about about all the things you find so fascinating, feel free to take it here.

Something about a pot and kettle. Proportion and perspective, two things you need to learn about message boards.

They need to outlaw kitchen knives on campus. I wonder if he had a permit to carry that. Ban knives in the USA is the next thing I am waiting to hear

It shows where priorities are around here.

I value human life over proving a freaking point about politics.

I was sick to my stomach after hearing about this story, and ticked off after seeing it's just being used as a springboard for an agenda.

If your daughters head was chopped off you'd be disgusted if people used her death as a way tp push policy within hours of the tragedy. But I guess we don't look at the hurt and the need of human beings, just proving ourselves right over and over.

Praying for this situation, such a shame for a life to end so soon.
