IF you win, a video acceptance speech will be required so the moment can be captured for all FF generations to come.....

Do you ever feel like every response is scripted?

BJ, I would suggest a mass marketing type of Facebook email to all your band friends in order to increase your lead.

The funny thing is none of what I say is scripted. I just say what Im thinking (unless my life is like "The Truman Show"...which was an interesting movie might I add). See I wasnt much of an award winner throughout my life, so when I saw that somebody put my name in for this I didnt think much of it because I wasnt sure if they were serious or not. I mean Im the butt of a lot of jokes around here (some intentional some not) so when I looked and saw that I was in the running for this and who I was up against I figured Id probably finish last and SJ or Sly would get the nod. When I saw the voting and saw how many I had I stopped and thought, "you know maybe this might actually happen..." I mean I still wont believe it until voting actually ends tomorrow night. But nothing I say is scripted (Thought out yes, but not scripted)

I just want to take a minute here and offer my thanks to all you guys. I mean I know that you guys give me a hard time for a lot of the things I say (much of it warranted I'm not gonna lie) but Im glad to count so many of you guys among my friends. Particularly CJ, SJ, GMTM and Smoothie. You four in particular are the guys Ive gotten to know the most in the last couple years. I owe you guys a lot for putting up with my stupidity (especially SJ during LUnatics meetings). Win or lose, you guys mean a ton to me and I will do my best after graduation to stick around and offer my unique perspective to discussions.

Has anyone seen that commercial where the winner of the prom queen is a girl nobody expected? For whatever reason that comes to mind when I read Beej's post

I'm calling for a run-off. I need something to entertain me this week, and that'll do it.
