Does anyone else have t-mobile prepaid cell phone service? I have good reason to believe that I'm getting screwed out of minutes, have any of you had that problem or no of anyone who was t-mobile to go that has experienced that problem?

Today I bought 10 dollars worth of minutes this morning to tide me over until I had $50 to spend on minutes - I had 2 minutes remaining, so I really had no choice. Since I was a "gold rewards" member or whatever they call it, it was supposed to give me 35 minutes (the price per minute is much better the more money you spend). I made two calls today for a total of 9 minutes. I check my balance for some unknown reason, and I now have 17 minutes. If my expert LC knowledge (joke intended there) serves me correct, 35-9 = 26, not 17. And no I did not receive any text messages or anything that would have drained my balance any.

I had this problem occcur the other day ago as well. Someone called me and I had 15 minutes left, 9:08 into the conversation the call ends because I had run out of minutes. Once again, 15-9=6, not zero...

While those aren't many minutes, I have no idea how long this has been occurring so I could have been screwed out of a ton of minutes...
