The supreme court disbarred him for committing purgery. Or they were going to, I think maybe he resigned from law before they could. I guess it's technicially possible, but everybody who votes to confirm that choice would have cajones the size of watermelons.

#1, as someone said, the Court disbarred him.
#2, the Obama's hate the Clintons.
#3, you can have little prestige as an associate justice. Do you think Clinton wants to spend the next 20 years of his life working under John Roberts? Or do you think he'd be gunning for an ambassador to the UN or secretary of state position?*
*If I were President of the United States, I'd ask Clinton to be either one of those two.

Why would Obama put Clinton on the court? It's not like he has to repay him a political favor. I'm sure there are other qualified jurists who Obama will look at before Clinton.
Besides, Clinton is 62 years old. That's not old by Supreme Court standards, but not young either.... And Clinton is an OLD 62. Presidents age in dog years, I'm convinced.
