Why do you think they would decline such an honor to speak before Liberty students? Sure Liberty gave them the chance, because they're required to under law, but its like if you were invited to a party or something where you know everyone doesn't like you, but they're required to invite you, would you show up?

To me its no secret why they would decline...they want to go talk to people that they can win over to vote for them, and they don't want to go into a hostile enviroment. Which begs the question, why as a christina college should this be a hostile enviroment? Shouldn't we as christians be civil enough and tolerant enought that anyone can come in and talk and students would be able to respect what he or she said?
What Liberty truly needs is a democrat that has the guts and isn't afraid of a few boos and comes in here and calls Liberty's bluff and takes them up on the offer they're required to make. That would truly shake Liberty up and send tremors throughout campus!

We are told as Christians how to vote as Christians: For the values and morals that make up who we are in Christ. If it means McCain and not Obama, then thats what it is.

That being said I know democrats arent without fault either and I could write a list of scandels involving Dems as long or longer than this but the point I'm making is you can't say that because someone is a member of one party over the other that their morals are better somehow!
